small family run enterprise local to the area, we
pride ourselves on providing clean, well equipped
 one bed apartments located within a secure complex
called Los Carmenes in Costa Teguise.
Twenty
minutes from Arrecife Airport, Costa Teguise is a
pleasant medium-size resort consisting of a trio of
popular beaches including Los Cucharas, famous for
its perfect wind-surfing conditions and clean white
sand.
Prices are charged between £180 - £250 per week, per
couple
with a £25
charge per extra person over the age of five years old.
Discounts are given for long term lets of more than four
weeks.
